Özet: An application or enterprise system reference model is a point of reference for the development of enterprise-specific models that are used to develop or install enterprise systems. System reference models exist as function, data, organization, object and business process models. In this study business process reference models are considered closer. It is illustrated how business process reference models can be used within System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and how they contribute to the development or installation process of enterprise systems.
