Özet: The paper deals with a process of implementing the learning style theory in the field of e-learning. The question is whether tailoring the process of instruction running within the LMS to student´s individual learning style results in significant increase of knowledge. The process of solving this problem is structured into several phases. First, detecting the student´s learning style. Second, designing an e-application supporting the flexible model of instruction within the LMS. Third, creating the on-line e-course for the pedagogical experiment reflecting / ignoring learning styles in the LMS. Fourth, running the pedagogical experiment, collecting data, and statistically processing and interpreting them.
