Özet: Actuality of the study is due to the rapid development of informational technology, actively implemented in a variety of professional fields.Modernization of the education system in Kazakhstan due to the fact that the results should meet the needs of the state, society and the individual in the condition of economic and democratic reforms which are taking place in the country. In the information society specialists with complex information technology, with a high level of professional competence, receptivity to innovation, communication, able to make quick decisions in emergency situations is demanded. This fact necessitates the formation of the university information and communication competence of future specialists. Such competence is a prerequisite for the formation of a new type of specialist where an important role is played by the future development of specialist foundations of information technology.
