Özet: Strategic decisions are hard to describe in formal way, as there are individual and subjective characteristics, which are difficult or impossible to generalize and formalize, and therfore some authors consider strategic decision making more as an art than as the science. In the same time, environment of decision making is becoming dramatically more complex. To solve decision making tasks in situations, where no competent decision maker is present or when the decision is emotionally difficult for humans, intelligent supportive and autonomous decision making systems were suggested. The article concentrates on the process of making decisions in the autonomous working teams and explores the possibilities of using the independent teams potential while making self-decisions, delivers own results of the research.
