Özet: The work herein considers the experience of knowledge management efficient system creation and implementation aimed at forming knowledge culture and common corporate conscience support at the higher school for the benefit of theuniversity in whole to transfer through e-learning from classic university to the e-university.Via knowledge management from e-university to knowledge parks». We submit hereby the outcomes of «knowledge management technologies» forming as an aggregate of certain procedures, methods and software-hardware means to ensure free circulation of knowledge and its generation. There is given comparative analysis of information-education medium by way of example of two higher schools being the basis for knowledge management system.
