Özet: This article addresses to the question of how information technology affects the way of young people in politics in case of Kazakhstan. The political culture is used as a theoretical basis. Informing of youth is valuable and practical information, which has been accumulated by young citizens in the course of acceptance of participation in political processes of the country. The assessment of this segment allows not only to estimate conclusions and the impressions, which are received by youth from experience of real participation in political processes of the country, but also to investigate the mechanism of decision-making on a choice. Informing young voters on the election is crucial, because the answer to it depends on their electoral activity. In this study the opinions of youth taking part in political events, the awareness of young people about the election. Reference was made by gender, age and level of education. The study is expected to confirm the hypothesis that the impact of information technology on the development of the political culture of youth.
