Özet: The paper examines the theoretical aspects of the use of information and communication technologies in education. Examined issues of the development of electronic resources. Developed and implemented an electronic textbook in the educational process in the study course "Methods and means of protecting the computer information" for students of K.I.Satpaev KazNTU specialty: 5V070400 - "Computers and Software" and 5V060200 - "Computer Science".
