Özet: In modern conditions of society activity the issue of professional self-determination is actual that first of all is connected with aiming of a modern expert at optimum realization of the opportunities in any field of activity. Therefore, the growth of innovations in the sphere of administrative, social, psychology-pedagogical activity stimulates the teacher to revise own positions of behavior, professional and personal attitudes.Relevance of the conducted research is caused by need of improvement of the control system of staff in the field of education urged to make active new sides of professional activity of the teacher of general education type institution reflecting development of high extent of professional self-identification.The problem of research consists in search and scientific justification of management technology of professional self-determination of the teacher.As a methodological basis of research of this issue was used the motivational program and target approach to management which allows to provide more flexible conditions for manifestation of initiative and activity of educational institution teachers, accurately to allocate algorithm of achievement of the purpose set by pedagogical collective, to provide effective feedback.
