Özet: Deaths due to preventable medical errors throughout the world takes places in the first five in the table ranked all of causes of death. Patients each year, close to 100 thousand people in the United States dies due to medical errors in the hospital they were treated. It is stated that the most important sources of errors are incorrect or delayed diagnosis, errors that occur during the operation, lack of follow-up treatment, communication disorders. To minimize these errors, correct approaches’ planning and implementing are important in healthcare education. Without risking the patient, the instructor and the student the theoretical knowledge learned is crucial to make practical application repetitively low cost. This study investigated Sloodle tool capabilities oriented medical education. Sloodle integrate Moodle software with Virtual Reality game Second Life as active-use software commonly used in e-learning portal. In this work, we discuss how the Sloodle used for the purpose of healthcare education. Second Life is used to model a virtual reality environment, Moodle is used to manage distance education materials and Sloodle tool is used to communicate and integrate these two tools. We observe that a patient’s history, lying in the emergency department, can be seen, question can be asked to the patient, physical examination of the patient can be made, analysis of the patient may be required, the diagnosis and the treatment can be planned for the patient. We detail in how to implement them. Both SL and Moodle side effects have been presented. Firstly, we will design physical place, then artificial intelligence chat bot will be activated and a realistic scenario will be designed
