Özet: The system of mutual influence of higher education in the European educational system is a priority direction of reforming of the sphere of education in our country. The government program of a development of education of Republic of Kazakhstan for 2011-2020, confirmed by the decree of the President, shows concrete directions of development in this sphere. Important steps are made in an education system and sciences. Unification of process of science and education has given new rate to occurrence of Kazakhstan in scientific-educational world according to the principles of Bologna process. The share of the higher educational institutions which have passed independent national institutional and specialized accreditation according to the international standards has risen.
