Özet: In conditions of reforming of the Kazakh education and accession of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Bologna process in the Kh. A. Yasawi International Kazakh-Turkish University for the purpose of training of specialists of international level and improve the quality of education the main course is taken for the application of the competence-based approach in training, because it enhances the practical orientation of education, its pragmatic, subject and professional aspect.Recognized as a new scientific approach, professional competence approach today is an effective means to develop the methodological thinking and the development of the cultural norms of behavior and activity, the correction of value orientations on the basis of the synthesis of educational systems, transforming activity, based on the principles of innovative approaches in the educational process of the University.
