Özet: The current paper introduces a form of semantically rich standardization that places the weight on the meaning (the concept) of the standardized element allowing for a flexible structure. It mimics, in a limited way, the process by which the human mind constructs information: not so much by structure, but by conglomerations of characteristics both factual and functional. The technique does not abandon the procedural data representation to declarative data representation, but rather advocates the combination of two in a differentiated manner. This way, the simpler the type of data, the wider the consensus about its characteristics, the stricter the definition will be, allowing for various degrees of inference and automations, ensuring at the same time strong basis for a communication that lacks confusion. Complex loosely standardized data structures feature a combination of both standard and custom characteristics allowing easy implementation but at the same time permitting information interchange based on the common denominator of their definitions.
