Özet: Most of the decisions in conformity control of products or manufacturing and service processes are based on measurement. These measurements are subject of uncertainty. Even though there are methods to determine the measurement uncertainty, the consideration of this uncertainty is not put into practice in the manufacturing or service industry. In measuring and testing laboratories the measurement uncertainty is taken into account in case of individual or total inspections but this is a reliability-based approach regardless to the decision consequences. This paper is dealing with the measurement uncertainty in the various situations of conformity control. The proposed method considers the costs and revenues of the decision outcomes in the industrial conformity control and the capability of the observed process to optimize the total expected profit on a risk base. The applicability of sampling conformity control and simulations will also been shown.
