Özet: This paper is a continuation of the paper entitled The Creation of Flexible Business Models of Organisations I. It continues with the issue of sustainable development of a company, conditional to the competitiveness of the social institutions, which operate within it. The SWOT analysis method and definition of the key success factors can answer the question to what extent an organisation is able to manage the demands of critical success factors of a strategic situation. The set of critical success factors change for various business situations. Business model should facilitate the organisation's response to these changes by allowing the flexibility of its business conduction in the stability of its long-term development. The advantage of the on-going development of a business model with a solution procedure of an innovative project is that this approach allows identifying which items from the list of key factors do not change in its meaning, and which gain importance in certain situations or lose the importance in other situations.
