Özet: There are many ecological monitoring information systems that monitor pollution of atmospheric air in cities. Some of them just collect data from remote gas sensors and store them in a database. Others that are more complicated estimate the current condition and make forecast of the propagation of pollutants. For the forecast they use either a single mathematical model or a set of models, but the choice of the model is made manually. However, real situations demand that a system should use not a single model but a set of models depending on meteorological conditions, and the choice of a model for the calculation of concentration of polluting substances should depend on the scenario of the development of meteorological conditions and pollution level. The aim of this research is to design an information system of monitoring and forecast of pollution of atmospheric air, analytical part of which is based on a set of fuzzy productional rules of a model choice. The system includes a bank of forecasting models of pollution of atmospheric air and a base of fuzzy productional rules. It automatically chooses a model for the calculation of the concentration of polluting substances from the bank according to fuzzy productional rules depending on the scenario of the development of meteorological conditions and the level of pollution of atmospheric air. It allows to estimate and forecast the condition of atmospheric air from point sources taking into account climate fields and photochemical transformations. This is a new approach to the design of an ecological monitoring system based on fuzzy productional rules of the choice of a forecasting model. If necessary, the bank of models and the set of fuzzy productional rules could be expanded. This approach allows to use computing resources at the forecast of pollution of atmospheric air effectively.
