Özet: The aim of this paper is to consider an energy efficient algorithm that uses static clustering architecture in which all nodes are kept in sleep state, except the active cluster is involved in the tracking process. Simulation experiments have been showed that our algorithm is much more efficient and outperforms other well-known tracking algorithms due to lower energy consumption while achieving acceptable tracking accuracy.
