Özet: The model DIC (Data-Information-Knowledge) which we developed, allows the capitalization of knowledge of various poles (Boubaker and al, 2012). What facilitates the studies of the reliability? In this study, we chose to deal with deadline and performance risks; this means that achieving a project lies in sharing knowledge and information. This work indicates how, to control the management of the environmental risks through a modeling of studies EFMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) and capitalization of knowledge. It shows common the contribution of this modeling defining information related with the reliability which translates the risks management interns and external, allowing through a base of information, the perpetuation and the traceability of knowledge of the various phases of the éco-design project in order to control the environmental risks. Any reduction objective of pollution implies the use of methods of analysis of the environmental risks where the E- EFMEA (Environmental- Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) occupies a choice place.
