Özet: The aim of the project evaluation is to provide decision makers with tools allowing them to progress in solving decision problems and optimize decision making.This article aims to enable partners of an industrial project to follow a process and share technical data specific to the project by the establishment of an information system. To find out why and how the information can it help the decision maker (manager) in the evaluation and decision making we propose a methodology that has the merit of being both qualitative and quantitative. Qualitative, where information that requires veritable skills, it has strategic value and as a determining element in the decision. And quantitative, as it serves to guide the action of the decision maker in the evaluation and selection of service providers according to an objective and well-defined criteria, by advocating a multi-criteria method which will constitute an adequate tool to assist the evaluation and selection of alternative (or solution) on the project. An application will illustrate our proposal.
