Özet: Nowadays, internet has allocated important part of the everyday life in young people, especially students. Thus, was addressed this question that using of internet has what impact on users life style and is caused which behavioral changes? This study was done with the aim of determining the life style associated with internet. In this descriptive-analytic study, 371 students of Birjand medical Sciences University using convenient sample method were studied. This means that by placing a link on the e-learning portal, internet users students completed the questionnaire whose content validity had already been confirmed. The obtained data was analyzed using SPSS19 and analytic statistical tests at the significant level α=0.05. The mean age and duration of Internet use per week were 23.8 and 11.9 hours respectively. 64.5% of students have used the Internet for three years and the most reason for using the Internet to perform work-related activities and education (83.3%) was expressed. Fatigue and malaise in 26.7% after the Internet was reported. Also, 68% stated that when they use the Internet, do not eat, 24.8% stated that the Internet has reduced their Physical activity, and 19.1% had less sleep. Kruskal-Wallis statistical test showed significant difference between the mean duration of Internet use and education (P<0.001). The life style of participants in this study generally was relatively modest. However, notable point is low physical activity in them. Thus, since low physical activity can cause too many body difficulties in further, interventions in field is essential.
