Özet: This research has been done according to the general research method to identify the opinions on student based learning by the primary teachers. 243 primary school teachers constitute the working group of this research. In this research, �??to identify the opinions on student based learning by the teachers have been used as a questionnaire to gather data where content validity and reliability have been made. This questionnaire is formed in 5 points likert types of 46 items. The data gained have been analyzed by using the percentage (%) mean ( ) and t-test techniques. At the end of the research, the teachers opinions are �??the teachers and school managers need in service training to make the student based learning useful�?�, �??the ministry of education passes to the new education system and use student based learning without preparation.�?�, �??there must be enough substructure of schools, management of school, lesson programs, materials of the lessons and guidance service in schools to apply the student based learning.�?�, �??also the parents and the students must be got informed about the new education system and uses.�?� on student based learning.
