Özet: The aim of this study, is to research the needs and the deficiency of the library personels English Language as a foreign language. This involves the deficiency of the four language skills; speaking, listening, reading, writing together with improving their grammer and vocabulary ability.This study is based on a general research. The datum tool that has been prepared to measure the library personels foreign language education needs is a questionaire.
