Özet: The common concept of training may be misleading as it is based on the construction, or modification, of the counselor according to a pre-defined model, while simultaneously undermining his/her personal characteristics and skills. It is as if collective well-being should depend on one having to renounce one´s personality and become enclosed, against one’s own will and nature itself, within a rigid space which is, on the one hand, functional but on the other conditioning and restricting of one’s creativity. This can no longer be the way of working in the contemporary world which requires human variety, at an ever increasing rate, in order to stand up to the artificiality of technology. Therefore, one needs to be released from the rigidity of pre-constructed models, to unmold oneself, and create conditions so as to affirm oneself in one’s specificity, to feel at ease with oneself as an active being and, hence, contribute to the construction of the collective.
