Özet: In today’s society, knowledge management is recognized as the most important key positions in individual and institutional success. Those individuals who know the ways how to obtain, share, use and store knowledge contribute to the development of society individually as well as institutionally. For this reason, the importance of applying knowledge management in education is growing. Particularly, the subject of the degree of how effective is the implementation of knowledge management has gained the interest in the educational system of North Cyprus in the recent years. This study is designed to light upon the related subject The aim of this study is to determine ad compare knowledge management competencies of primary school administrators in education in the districts of Northern Cyprus and parallel to primary school teachers with the relation to studies and perceptions of teachers and their applications that have been viewed appropriate and in fact effective. Total number of the population is 88 official primary schools in Northern Cyprus.
