Özet: The Sunnpest control has been carried out by ground applications by state struggle for the last 6 years and managed by farmers in thelast 2 years. Being implemented about 60 years since the last given by plane spraying; the sunnpest control instruments in transition iscorrect and important step in terms of combat strategy, but thought that alone is not sufficient. Having been left the Sunnpest control to thefarmers; is seen in terms of orientation, manufacturers to enter the fields and solve their own problems the manufacturers, should besupported to establish and maintain by "Grain Producers Association". State should continue providing continuity of the successful controlof Sunnpest, and should through these associations provide education and research and application of farmers with the support of thestruggle routing. Researches done for the reconstruction of the natural balance in the creation of wooded areas, agricultural polyculturetransition, forecast and early warning in the control against the development, evaluation within the framework of the selective use ofpesticides and cultivating resistant varieties would be suitable.
