Özet: Vegetation, any geographical region on a segment, is a combination of living conditions that are similar to each other. These plant communitiesare composed of plant associations. Vegetation research show differences in plant communities in a region regarding to another region, andeach of these plant communities research is in fact the work of a vegetation survey. Accordingly, vegetation, plant a grouping of individuals isnot random but is the result of a combination of many factors that influence each other. Most of the ecological study is investigating the mutualrelations of the individuals constituting the structure of certain plant associations and unions of these plants. The “plant union” term was firsttime used in 1897 by the German botanist Von Humboldt. The Botanical Congress held in Brussels in 1910, “Plant union” and “Plant group”concepts has been as scientifically defined by Ch. Flahault and Scröter. In 1951 the Braun-Blanquet’s work “plant union” concept has beenadopted as the basic unit of vegetation and increased emphasis on vegetation studies in recent years. In vegetation studies, how the formationof plant associations with sampling methods, which factors keep them in balance or what factors caused the change, answering questions suchas how they are affected by different intensities of these factors is required. In this context, the best way to determine the sampling methods tobe used for vegetation studies, contributes to faster and more economical of the planned work.
