Özet: Together with the development of technology, advanced machinery used in the furniture industry. However, the number of wineries that are classified as micro and small enterprises are very much in SMEs in the furniture industry. This can not be passed on fully automated systems in businesses, increasing the risk of worker health and safety. In ensuring the safety conditions of employees in the workplace, the machine has a very important factor hazards and accidents.In this study, small and micro-enterprises operating in manufacturing machinery used in class, study suggestions were made about potential risks and safety measures. In this context, bandsaw, Tilting circular saws, planing (planer, thickness), surface and edge shape (horizontal milling machine, Spindle molding), drilling (horizontal and vertical holes), turning the compressor, edge banding, belts (track) and press ( printing) machines are examined, it was informed about the study and safety measures. Furniture industry, Occupational Health and Safety Act No. 6331 according to the hazardous (B) is located in the classroom. All of the used machine cutter, trimmer, thinner,puller gears, working with saws and knives. In addition, these machines are not completely automated, requiring that the work done by hand,brings with it the risk of accident. About the industry in accident prevention measures to be taken in the machine must be our priority.As a result, the protection of these sectors can employees and property, it should go to the full automation of factories, creation of made the technical adjustment for the machine, which is contrary to safety safety regulations, safety standards, machinery and protective, administration briefing on the side of increase as sensitivity should be provided.
