Özet: Consumer law in European Union and German private law is usually discussed over consumer models. According to the ideal of our country to become a member of European Union, EU law should be complied with both in normative and interpretation aspect. As our Consumer Protection Law is one of the most significant examples of our orientation process and because of the impacts of consumer models on the type and level of protection and interpretations of the regulations, it is beneficial to analyze the subject.
