Özet: Hub&Spoke is a new term of competition law and is used in competition theorie and practice ever frequently. Generic meaning of the term is not unsealed yet; however there are certain works in the literature and decisions of foreign courts which could enlighten the elements of the term. In this sense Hub&Spoke is a concerted practice, information exchange aiming on building an horizontal price-cartel; the information exchange is realised through a mediator which is active on another vertical level of the same market. Lately it is observed that the term Hub&Spoke is also used to avoid discussions about the efficiency of the so-called vertical price fixing agreements. In this paper you may also find some keys to the mentioned discussions.
