Özet: This work, which consists of a preface and five chapters, aims to reveal the concept of prophetic verbs and the difference between sunnah and hadith. The main starting point of the work: How can the Prophetic verbs and sunnah be distinguished from each other, and how the Prophetic verbs should be understood. The author considers the contribution of Maliki scholars related to this issue and evaluates the issue. The reason for choosing the Maliki school stems from the method that Imam Malik put forward. The author evaluates the approach of the scholars of the Maliki sect on this issue and reveals how the understanding activity for the distinction between prophetic verbs has developed throughout history.
