Özet: With the ecological production and complex understanding gaining more importance, production methods started to be continued through different processes. In this direction, it is aimed to develop new environmental processes by using biodegradable applications instead of chemical applications used in the conventional method in the pretreatment processes, the study is also aimed to dye these products with one of natural plant extracts' dyestuff (Rubia tinctorum L.) and produce ecological products, after the finishing process. Processes have been created with different mordants to change and strengthen the bonding behaviors of natural dyestuffs on cellulosic fibers. Pre-mordant and simultaneous mordant dyeing results were compared, It has been determined that the best result is in the dyeing process with pre-mordant. Product quality parameters were determined through washing fastness, rubbing fastness, and lightfastness tests. Sample dyeing applications made with 10% natural dyestuffs in laboratory conditions, integrated into the operating conditions. It was obtained that no synthetic dyestuff was used by examining the HPLC results of the cotton products.
