Özet: Disasters can also be occurred especially after major nature events or artificial or anthropogenic event, and cause the multiple environmental problems. During these events, pollution and secondary pollution disasters may occur if the waste disposal processes in cities cannot be carried out by the relevant administrations-industries. These disasters can develop suddenly, affect a large area, re-occur, turn into environmental problems and cause secondary pollution. It has been known that the solid-liquid-gas pollutants transported under the influence of infiltration-precipitation-flood-wind, creating causes and resources that will be the basis for environmental disasters. Therefore, it has been observed that the issue of pollution and secondary pollution disasters should be added to the preparations developed against known disasters and problems. In these disasters, it was thought and suggested that new preparations should be made for the solid-liquid-gas pollutants to create a less impact area or to stop their spread. The new studies, planning and trainings for public awareness should be designed, risks should be determined and measures should be taken. Because living environments and vital resources must be sustainable. This is essential for sustainable social welfare and environmental protection. As a result, if pollution and secondary pollution are accepted as a disaster type with this study, the study will reach its target. Thus, the targeted awareness can be created, its risks are predictable and it can be a source for new studies.
