Özet: There are many developments in the globalizing world where the competitive environment is increasing. Industrial Revolutions are among these developments. Industry 4.0 continues to dominate in our time. With Industry 4.0, the efficiency of manpower continues and traditional production systems have been modernized. With this modernization, automation systems have been developed, thus bringing machines that can communicate, learn, and make decisions together, and have laid the foundations of the smart factory. Machines dealing with the minimum number of employees in smart factories and producing more than production are dealt with. The aim is to reduce man-made production errors, prevent slowdowns and eliminate long-term decision making. In this study, the current situation of the enterprise that produces shock absorbers in the dynamic and rapidly developing automotive sector is examined. As a result of the examinations made, determinations have been made about the technologies that can be used, and the advantages and disadvantages that may occur during the adaptation process of these technologies have been explained.
