Özet: Objective: This study aims to compare the instantaneous effects of chiropractic upper and middle thoracic manipulations on the autonomic nervous system. Material-Method: The study included 30 healthy volunteers aged 18-45 years. Manipulation was applied to the upper thoracic (T1-4) area (n=15, 8 female, 7 male) and to the middle thoracic (T6-9) area (n=15, 7 female, 8 male). Before the application, heart rate, body temperature and skin conductivity (EDA) measurements were performed using the Empatica E4 wristband device.
