Özet: Evaluating chain performance to develop an effective supply chain has become a necessity because it plays a critical role in the success of businesses. Because; evaluating system performance, understanding current performance and, if so, investigating ways to improve inappropriate transactions. Developing a system to measure chain performance requires that the criteria be selected first. In this study, firstly, the performance evaluation criteria of the 53 authors working on supply chain management performance appraisal were analysed and it was stated that the authors were studying which evaluation criteria were taken into consideration. In addition to performance evaluation criteria for forward supply chain management, performance evaluation criteria for supply chain management have also been the subject of work. In the last decade, reverse supply chain performance assessment has become a real necessity. In this study, 20 articles examined in supply chain management performance appraisal were analysed. In the total 73 articles, the performance criteria are summarized by converting them into a table. In these studies, the criteria for using closed loop supply chain management performance evaluation in businesses are determined in our study. The criterion of working is a model for many studies. The main titles to innovate in the supply chain performance evaluation criteria, which consist of main titles and subtitles, were Economic, Social and Environmental. These titles were brought together for the first time in closed loop supply chain management performance evaluation and as a main title in forward supply chain management. Subsequently, the performance criteria, reduced to subheadings, are detailed to help experts to continue their study.
