Özet: Cardiovascular heart diseases are the most common mortality and morbidity cause in developed countries. In our retrospective study we searched for patients who admitted to hospital with acute anterior myocardial infarction that gone for reperfusion therapy with primary percutan coronary invention. We assessed these patients with SYNTAX, clinical SYNTAX and residual SYNTAX score and investigate the role to predict ICD implantation. 345 patients with acute myocardial infarction who went to primary percutan coronary invention attended to emergency room, through 2011-2013 years, were included. Angiographic pictures are investigated and SYNTAX, clinical SYNTAX ve residual SYNTAX scores were calculated. In our study 345 acute anterior MI patients who attended to our emergency room in 2011-2013 were included. 52 of the patients had ICD implantation. In these patients with one variable analysis age, DM, HT, HPL, smoking, EF, GFR, TIMI flow score, procedural success, no reflow history, SYNTAX score, clinical SYNTAX score and residual SYNTAX score were significantly high. With the Multiple variable logistic regression analysis EF and both three SYNTAX score was considered significant. We found that after 3 month follow up, EF, SYNTAX score, clinical SYNTAX score and residual SYNTAX score calculated at first admission with acute anterior MI patients, ICD implementation can predicted. We recommend that close follow is needed for patients with low EF and high SYNTAX score.
