Özet: Rapid development of the technology and increasing of İnternet usage effect e-retailing and İnternet shopping improvements.. Almost all transactions, from order to payment is performed through the İnternet. Thanks to developing technology, while consumers are enlightenment, producers can reach the global market. In addition with the İnternet, consumers behavior are changing and producers are developing new techniques. This study aim to examines to electronic retail sector and İnternet shopping consumer behavior among online shoppers in Turkey. Online survey research method is applied in the study. The survey consists of the 47 questions. 384 effective responds out of 384 responds which were received by using “On-Line Anket” web site. The study has some important results about consumer behavior in electronic retail and İnternet shopping
