Özet: The purpose of this research is to emphasize the importance of the self-assessment implementations for organisations within the quality management, to define the implementation areas of EFQM, to investigate in which conditions the award process is assessed. Also, it is aimed that emhasizing the needs for change with the adoption of the Total Quality Management into the education system and searching for the EFQM implementations in education institutions, trying to find sub-solutions for the deficiencies in education institutions within the framework of the EFQM Excellence Model and RADAR Matrix
