Özet: Economical, industrial, financial or political decision making process includes more than one criteria. Analytical solving methods are needed to have rational results on decision making processes. One of these methods is promethee ranking method. In this article, the main objective is to use Promethee which is the decision making technique with many criterias, while choosing shares in generating portfolio. While the method is chosen, it is taken into consideration that avaliability of Promethee at financial decision making and easiness of application of method. The data is taken from firms that were in 2011 ISE-50 index. In terms of dividend, trade quantity, volatility and criteria of volume, the shares that are need to be added in portfolio, are defined.
