Özet: When the entrepreneurship is evaluated in different societies, it is seen that there are differences between the entrepreneurship tendencies in different societies such as this tendency is higher in some communities while it is less in the others. According to the entrepreneurship literature, the cultural structure of the societies appears to have an effect on this difference. The cultural structures of the societies directly affects the formation of attitudes and behaviors. According to this thought, in this study it is aimed to examine the relationship between the cultural structure and entrepreneurial orientation. The universe of this study consists of the students at Sakarya Universtiy, the Faculty of Economic and Administrative Sciences and the students at Harran University, the Faculty of Arts and Sciences. The research data were obtained through a questionnaire and evaluated using correlation and regression analysis. As aresult of the findings it is seen that there is a significant relationship between the cultural structure and entrepreneurial orientation.
