Özet: Besides possessing a profession or business, career has broad sense such as ensuring success in working life, saving money and gaining prestige, making plans for the future purpose and fulfill the desires of feeling. In this study, a candidate to be trained tourism staff, vocational high school students have been selected. College students learn about their occupations and industry thanks to compulsory vocational training. In the study, students’ career prospects and both positive and negative experiences obtained during their training expected impact on this has been measured. Survey technique used from research methods. As a result, students' career objectives differ according to gender, male students haven’t got positive thoughts about a career in tourism business. It is detected that there are no relations among ages of students, their grade, their high school, to have information about the school. These were determined that demographic characteristics have less effect on satisfaction levels of students' internships and career goals. Among statistical analysis techniques, frequency analysis, standard deviation, mean, reliability analysis, t-test independent samples t test , one-way Anova and two-way Anova univariate were performed to fulfill data analysis
