Özet: In the process of entering a new era of world society and a radical technological, economic, and political transformations suffered. Turkey also are emerging signs that the radical transformation caused by the onset of the information age and need. In particular, it is observed that in the last ten years, the increasingly rapid pace of change increases multidimensional one.
