Özet: Although people aren’t due to a birth defect for disabled, such as every moment of their life as a result of natural disasters, traffic and industrial accidents, acts of terrorism, they can be disabled . Disabilities have active social life as well as being subject to positive discrimination that is extremely important. Universal Declaration of Human Rights for the first time that every human is being consists of the right to travel freely within a country, by this way people with disabilities are encouraged to engage in tourism activities. Increasingly, the economic value of different perspectives in the tourism sector have entered into today. Therefore, increasing the popularity of once disabled tourism that tourism pie has begun to supply values for any country wishing to share more. For this reason, an important niche market representing tourism act ivities for the disabled in terms of developing the tourism sector that seems to be more day by day. This study was discussed with XY and Z generation period in the light of periodic comparisons of legislation that have been made to enable individuals with disabilities to actively participate in tourism activities carried out in this context. Comparisons made in the period of the X generation is less concerned with the legal arrangements disabled tourism, generation Y Z during the period rather than the generation that has been found to be made of the effectiveness of legislation is felt today
