Özet: Mankind today's stage of civilization until the primary objective being to live effort, has been a struggle for survival. However, the fire together; human nutrition requirements, such as protection and has an important place in the warm weloome. Increasing the need for fire and energy together with urbanization and industrialization and to be able to intervene against adverse situations that may occur is a need for the establishment of the fire brigade. It is also the corporate fire brigade, which will take the steps necessary to take measures to reduce interference and fire damage to be applied after the occurrence of emergency as measures to reduce the planning previously done their damage by fire. Today, with firefighters image formed in the mind of people try to create the impression that there is a difference between the fire brigade. Leblanc 2001 and Schuler 2004 dwelled on the fact that an organization could strengthen its image by first of all improving the quality of the work it had been doing that is to say, it could strengthen the image of the organization by the sake of its professional image. In this context, to determine the factors that influences the formation of the image of the fire brigade and the most powerful ones in order to determine these factors. Organizational image of the fire brigade in this research carried out under the Mugla province has tried to be measured. Based on results of this review, the development of service fire department, firefighters needed in strengthening the image of public relations suggestions were made in the implementation of accurate and effective strategic management and operations
