Özet: The aim of this study is to explain the relationship between the whistleblowing tendency of employees and perceptions of organizational justice in a conceptual dimension. In the study,whistleblowing and organizational justice are examined and the relationship between whistleblowing and perception of organizational justice is discussed. The finding of the researches suggest that the perception of organizational justice plays an important role in the formation of the whistleblowing tendency of the employees to be informed. In this respect, the whistleblowing tendency of the employees to depends on the perception of organizational justice. According to the some research findings,perceptions of justice is encourged the empolyees to use internal whistleblowing channels
