Özet: Organizational commitment can be effective at shaping employees’ behaviors. The purpose of this research is specifying relationship between variables of affective, normative and continuance commitment and intention of turnover by meta analysis method. Fort his purpose meta analysis is conducted on 16 research papers which include 10421 sample size. random effects model produced effect size Es=-0,42 for affective commitment; Es=-0,31 for normative commitment. On the other hand estimated effect size is Es=-0,07 which is negligible and insignificant for continuance commitment. Consequently, compiled researches indicated that there is moderate level relation for affective-intention of turnover, normative –intention of turnover
