Özet: Industrialization, providing economic growth and reducing the current deficit, is also a major employment gateway. Many developed and developing countries in the world have succeeded in increasing their economic prosperity by reducing the employment problem with the development of their industries. Industrialization will greatly contribute to the reduction of unemployment and the development of economic prosperity in the Mus region, which has a dense young population. However, Muş has structural problems such as a very low level of industrialization, inadequate capital accumulation and lack of skilled workers. Hence, there is a need to develop an ecosystem in order to be industrialized in a sustainable way, taking into account the potential and prominent sectors of the province. In this study, the priority sectors of the province are examined and the problems and potentials are thoroughly investigated while the possible contributions of the stakeholders influencing the development of the industry are being questioned. In addition, factors contributing to the formation of an appropriate ecosystem for the development of these sectors with low industrialization segments are also addressed
