Özet: Insurance is one of the ways of the people protecting against physical, socail and economical risks. Insurance also supports the economy and the investments. By paying a certain value, insurance companies undertake the responsibilities of the risks and cover the losses. Long term insurances have bigger effects on the economical growth compared to the short term insurances. Insurance has an important situaation on Turkish economy because of growing effects on economy. In this study, monthly economical changes and variables of the insurance between 2004 and 2018 are considered. Regression Analysis is used in this study. When unemployment rate is decreased, employment rate and contribution in insurance sector increases. This situation affects the variables of the insurance positively and supports the economical growth
