Özet: Electromagnetic pollution and its harmful effects increased also along with rapidly growing technology todays. While the studies on this subject have increased, regional or point measurements have gained more meaning. Electromagnetic pollution values in the central campus of RTEÜ university was investigated in this study. In this context, at certain times of the day, electromagnetic pollution measurements were made at 21 different locations. A compact spectrum analyzer device (SRM 3006) working in the range of 400 MHz to 6 GHz band was used together with its three-axis antenna during these measurements. The results of these measurements have been compared with the standard values, which were declared by the International Commission on Non Ionizing Radiation Protection (ICNIRP) and Information Technology Authority (BTK). Electromagnetic pollution rate has not been measured in a dangerous level. In addition to this study, the measured electric field values were evaluated by MATLAB graphics used the campus coordinates and obtained as three dimension. Using a suitable calculation method, the data showing the dense electromagnetic pollution regions were obtained. As the result of the study electric filed, magnetic field and power density variations at different measurement times given graphically. Also, risky campus regions in terms of electromagnetic pollution were detected an investigated.
