Özet: The aim of the present investigation is to compare self-esteem, marital satisfaction, marital life and psychological well-being among employed and unemployed married women. The sample of the present study consisted of 51 employed and 41 unemployed married women. Rosenberg self-esteem scale, psychological well-being scale, marital life scale, marriage satisfaction scale were administered to all participants. The data was analyzed using pearson correlation, spearman analyze, t-test, mann-whitney u test, ki-square test, one way and multi-way variance analysis in SPSS-23 program. The results are discussed and conclusion of the study is below. The main findings showed that there was a significant difference between employed and unemployed married women marriage satisfaction and marriage life quality and also self-esteem rates vary depending on the income of the family.
