Özet: This study aims to determine the total effect of the studies examining the relationship between burnout and job satisfaction in the employees of organizations operating in the geography of Turkey, using the meta-analysis method. For this purpose, data obtained from theses and articles dealing with burnout and job satisfaction and burnout and job satisfaction between January 2010 and December 2019 were used. The results of 72 studies investigating the relationship between burnout and job satisfaction (job satisfaction) and having the required correlation (Pearson) coefficient and sample size to calculate the effect size using correlation data were included in the Meta-Analysis study. Study analyzes were obtained through the CMA 3.0 program. Publication bias was examined with Funnel Plot, Begg and Mazumdar Test, and Error Protection Number N statistics. Effect sizes were calculated using correlation data, and the results were interpreted according to Cohen d effect sizes. According to the random-effects model analysis results, it is moderate (EB= -0.457, p <0.005), showing the relationship between burnout and job satisfaction. The variables of sample type, study region and working year interval of the studies included in the research do not have a moderator role in the relationship between burnout and job satisfaction.
